When installing CUCM on a the second HA pair, what do you answer when prompted "is this the first server in the cluster"?

Is there a HA license required for BE6K?

This has to be a subscriber..

Business Edition 6000 runs on a UCS C200  Rack-Mount Server acting as a combined publisher and single subscriber  instance. A second UCS C200 server can be deployed to provide call  processing redundancy by means of a secondary subscriber. Alternatively  an MCS server can be used to provide redundancy.
