Is there any documentation on what all these do?
I know what Cisco Support Field does, but what is the analytics-related stuff for?

unfortunately it doesn't help much. The description for the two analytics settings barely qualifies as "documentation", vs. just "a longer way to describe this setting without indicating what it does".
What analytics are collected? What type of URL/service is it hitting?

I agree, still haven't found a use for these settings.
