Cluster of 3, with 2 Active CTI Managers.

The CTI End user "ipfx" is configured to communicate with IPFX servers running the Cisco TAPI client. Every so often the whole list of associated devices in the CTI end user disassociates and I am left with Unregistered CTI route points / CTI ports and phones. I then have to associate all the relevant devices with the user again. The traces tell me that they have disassociated at a given time, but not the reason.....It isn't an Administration error either.
I have a TAC case open, but they are no closer in finding the cause.
