Followed below doc and have created a CTI RP but it is not getting registered with CM.

I have script configured on ICM and DN also created. Please suggest.

Is the CTI RP associated with the JTAPI application pg user?
It needs to be associated to that and the user must be assigned group "Standard CTI allow control of all devices"
Also make sure CTI service is running on the CUCM servers.

I have that permission assigned to application user which is configured in ICM PG see below screenprint. CTI manage and Call Manager were restarted but still the state is unknown.
