CTI route point to transcode to use g729 toTCL app

Hi I had made a tcl app and now I need to other sites call that tcl app..

As far as I now g729 is not supported by tcl and as documentation says TCL will not able to invoke any transcode resource..

So my idea is to create a CTI route point and configure a cfw all to a route pattern that points to the site b gw...

phone site A (DP_A) ---> CTI route point  (DP_RP)---> Route Pattern ---> GW site B  (DP_B)

Region Site A                          Region RP                                                       Region site B

On SITE A Region config:

max g729 to siteB

max g711 to siteA

The idea is that every call from phones from site A to siteB phones would be with g729

But calls to the CTI route point will be on g729 the a cfwa to the route pattern that point to site B GW that  has a dial-peer that only permits G711
, so the route point will invoke the transcoding resource..

Is this  even possible??? Will the CTI Route Point invoke the transcoding resource??

As far as I could see phone A its negotiation directly with GW from site B the codec regardless the configuration I made on the CTI route point Region assigned to its DP.

Gateway is h323

Thanks

Lisandro

I had also try a trunk sip and the codec configuration works great but then I am getting an error while transfering back to cucm I guess because one leg its sip and the other its h323.

When I call the TCL IVR from sitea then dial option 1.. that send the call to a phone on site B and the phone on siteB answer the call but phone on siteA continue ringing and do not notice that the other side has answered the call...

(allow connection h323 SIP/ SIP h323 also configured)

thanks
