Using Cisco IP Comm 8.6.3.0 and have Voyager Pro UC installed
When I set up the Voyager Pro as a headset, I get a dial tone for about 2 seconds and then it cuts out - the phone stays is still on, but no sound anywhere.
When I set up the Voyager Pro as handset, it works fine (dial tone as expected, not like above), except at the end of the call it stays connected to the PC (soft off hook like sound), it does not go back to the wait mode where it is waiting for either a call from pc or from mobile device. This blocks the mobile device and drains Voyager battery as it thinks it is still connected. Clicking on speaker phone and then end call resets it (I would rather not have to remember to do that after every call).
If I set up the Voyager Pro in speakerphone mode, it acts like the handset and the dial tone on the Voyager Pro cuts off after about two seconds.
I would like to have the Voyager Pro act as either handset or headset - keep the dial tone, and hang up and go back into waiting mode after the call is done, Help, is this possible? I'm so close to getting to what it was designed to do.

Have you tried this with the Plantronics Hub software installed? Often times these vendor-supplied apps are required to get a software equivalent of the EHC cables physical headsets use.

Thanks for the suggestion -
After an uninstall and reinstall, I think I have it working the best that it can. Its not quite as a designed system would be, but with two vendors maybe as good as it gets. The Plantronics needs to be the handset, a Logitech usb headphone is the headset, and the speaker phone is realtek drivers. There is a process of the right buttons to push to ensure answering and hanging up the right device, and not staying connected to the PC through the Plantronics. This then allows the Iphone to be part of the communication system as well.
