I am wondering if anyone knows of a wireless headset that will work with CUAC-A. I have a few DECT headsets that I have connected to a 7821 IP phone and have had limited success with having getting the headset to control the call. One post suggested to set the console up with Forced Call Delivery. Although the call was immediately presented to the forced call queue and the handset, I still had to select the headset button on the Cisco phone to answer the call. The Poly Savi 7210 headset I am using has buttons on it to answer/hang up/mute a call as well as increase/decrease the volume. I hoped I would be be able to answer and/or hang up the call while away from the desk however, this does not work.
Is this because CUAC does not allow control of the console via anything than the client software, i.e. keyboard and mouse?
If not, is there a headset I can use with the 7821 (and CUAC console) that will do what I want?
