Hi All, At the time of CUACA installation LDAP synchronization didn’t work due to wrong object class and filters, I synchronized with CUCM directory to get contacts for other testings. Later we fixed LDAP synchronisation, now CUACA has both CUCM and LDAP contacts. That lead to duplicate contacts. I tried to delete contacts imported from CUCM and realized contacts imported from the external directory can’t be deleted. Cisco document confirms the same. Is there any way we can delete contacts imported from CUCM? can delete this at the database level using SQL script?
Please help to solve this.
