CUBAC-Cisco unified Business attendant console issues

Dear All

I need help on configuring CUBAC

Currently we have CUCM BE and we have bought CUBAC with three licenses. We have three sites, currently i need to configure three operators within each site.

Now i have done it, but there is one issue:

All operators see all directory numbers in the cluster. We want that site 1 see only its directory numbers in the attendant console and similar for others.

really stuck on that.

Another issue have got license and successfully uploaded onto server but now problem with client software it remains onto evalaution

Can anybody please advise.

For First Question:

It is working as per the design. If you need operators to look at the user on there location you either need to have the CUDAC or CUEAC, so that you can associate the user to there selected team and only look at the user at that location.

For Second Question:

Make sure server is running on the perm lic. if so, that i would suggest to install and reinstall it again and see if that help.

1. There is no directory segmentation in CUBAC, however with the latest version you can create a Personal Directory Group which you can then populate with the relevant contacts.

2. You would need to restart your Cisco Attendant Console Services
