Hi,
Can I check with you guys what are the required services in order for Cucimoc to work properly?
I keep having error when connecting the client to Publisher. But I do not get any errors when connecting to subscribers.
According to my understanding and if I am not wrong, the CUCIMOC requires,
SIP
CCMCIP
TFTP
CTIManager
I can find TFTP and CTIManager, how about SIP and CCMCIP?
Kind regards,
KayLeong

Hi Kay,
I have just read your posting... what is the error message? CUCIMOC Version? OCS in use (version)?

Different features of CUCIMOC requires different services.
CCMCIP is to retrieve phone association from CUCM.
TFTP is to download phone configuraiton from CUCM.
CTIManager is to do phone control over CTI.
There's no such as service call 'SIP'.

Hi Michael,
You are right. There is no such service as SIP.
Hi Alexander,
When I change the registry to point to the publisher it give me an error
"Cannot connect to server. Please contact administrator."
Otherwise this error will not occur if the registry point to the subscriber.

Hi Kay,
which registry value did you change (ccmcipServer1, ctiServer1,...)? The services are also running on the publisher?
CM Version?

if I set the ccmcip, tftp and cti to publisher, then it will not work. But subscriber does.
CM version 7.1.3b
I am trying to determine what services I should turn on for publisher to ensure that cucimoc can work with the publisher

well, by changing the registry value (IP) for ccmcip, tftp and cti you have to make sure that the services ccmcip, tftp and cti are activated and running. Check CU Serviceability, Tools, Control Center - Feature Services / Network Services (ccmcip - CM Services)...
