Hi all.
One of our client is unable to add, delete or modify a BLF SD on their receptionnist phone.The warning he's getting is the following:
Access to the requested resource has been denied.
The attempted action was a violation of security protocols and will not be allowed. Please try another action.
The account used to the do the modification is authorised to do pretty much everything on the Call Manager at this point. The same account can add/delete and modify BLF SD on any other phone on the system too.
The Call Manager was rebooted, we tried the same action with another admin account, we copied the phone and tried to modify the copy and it still didn,t work.
The phone is a Cisco 7962 with 2 7914 Modules. The BLF SD are located on the modules.
I am open to any ideas at this point.
