Hi all,
I am a newbie about the CUCM. Recently, customer report the ip phone always silence after 15mins / 30 mins.
After we check the RTP package, we found the CUCM changed the RTP port when reinvite the call.
I found the call start with invite and the RTP port is 21050 in SDP.
when the call reinvite after 15mins, we found the RTP port changed to 21060 in SDP.
After that, the call is silence because CUCM don't response on the new RTP port, CUCM still sent the old RTP port to communication with far-end SIP Server.
Did any one have experience about the RTP port change in reinvite message?
Is it the change RTP port in reinvite is normal behavior or the configure problem?
