CUCM 10.5 Support

i have renewed my CUCM 10.5 support, i can find that the two servers UCUCS-EZ-C220M3S are covered.

how do i know if the CUCM and VMware are covered too?

Your contract should state what all is covered. For ESXi, you need to have a ISV1 contract which would be additional to the UCS contract.

I have checked the contract number on Cisco coverage checker and I got only the UCS servers included, I didn't find any thing related to the CUCM software or the ESXi

What does it state ? Hardware only or hardware/software support ? For ESXi, you would need to work with VMware support or a 3rd party consultant in that case. TAC won't assist since you don't have a ISV1 contract.
