Hello everyone!
I have an issue on my customer's deployment CUCM cluster. The release version is 11.5.1.11900-26.
Everything worked fine, but after i installed multiserver SAN sertificate this problem appeared.
In trace logs of tftp service i see a message:
00000014.000 |10:30:11.504 |AppInfo |This is not an ERROR message. Multi SAN CallManager certificate has been regenerated on server- [Hostname: ccmsub, IP Address xxx.xxx.xxx.xx]. TFTP service is going for self restart. ITL file will be regenerated.
i think that it is a cause of this issue.
If anyone have the same problem please help to fix it.

hi,
I researched a bit and i believe you should open a TAC case as you might be hitting one of the below.
Please get this verified from TAC and do not perform the workaround on your own.
Please rate and mark correct if helpful

I opened a TAC case and a problem was successfully solved. We just deleted Callmanager certificate, cause it is not used in CUCM Unrestricted versions. Then regenerated a self-sing certificate and reboot all cluster.
Thanks for yout comment Abarsh.
