3 weeks ago I upgraded my CUCM Cluster from 9.1.2 to 11.5 using PCD. No issues with the upgrade but recently I have noticed that my 8861 IP phones have been going into Preservation Mode when you join a WebEx and you have WebEx call the phone.
I experienced this very issue while troubleshooting a Jabber issue with Cisco Tac and my phone went into Preservation Mode 5 times while on the WebEx.
We never had this issue on 9.1.2 this only started occurring on 11.5, Our WebEx is hosted and supported by AT&T so its a cloud based offering.
Any suggestions on what I can do to stop this?
I can reproduce the problem each time, all I need to do is create a WebEx meeting and have WebEx call my phone and within a few mins that phone goes into Preservation Mode.But If I dial the number directly to connect the WebEx call no problems.
All the phones in my environment are 8861 IP phones running firmware 12x
