CUCM 11 with UCCX 9

hello everyone

I have a question about the CUCM 's compatibility

our customer has a CUCM 9 integration with UCCX9

now they want upgrad the CUCM 9 to 11.5

but UCCX has been developed with CRM and the agent client use CAD so the UCCX can't upgarad with CUCM

so my question is whether the UCCX 9 can intergration with CUCM 11.5

Hi,

It would not work as the CTI to JTAPI version would not be compatible and your CTI ports and Route point would not register at that point.

No it will not work. I would recommend going to 10.6 on uccx. If I recall correctly, cad was completely removed starting 11. So the latest su of 10.6 should be compatible with cucm 11.5 and keep cad usable.
