CUCM 6.1.2 server Startup failed

We have a cluster of CUCM 6.1.2 (1 Publisher & 1 Subscriber). We have encountered a

problem with the Publisher : During Start up, the server displays the following error

message:

"/grub: clean, 28/66528 files, 16822/265072 blocks"

then the follwoing message: " An error occured during the file system check. Dropping you

to a shell;the system will reboot when you leave the shell"

Then we are invited to enter root password for maintenance. We have tried to enter the

CUCM Admin pasword but we have a message saying "Login Incorrect".

Actually We cannot do any changes or updates on the CUCM config, since the Publisher is

DOWN, we need urgent help Please.

2 options: use the recovery disk or open a TAC case because no one else can provide the root pwd
