CUCM 6.1 - 6.1.3 upgrade units pending

HI All,

hopefully an easy one.  I have been passed a question were the CUCM 6.1 has been upgraded to 6.1.3 and now they have 1516 units pending in the lic report.

They are now over their unit count so cannot add phones etc.  What or why would they go in to pending.

Do you have in your CUCM configuration, some phones using Dummy MAC address ?

If so, remove those dummy phones.
