CUCM 6 - Kernel panic: Fatal exception

Does anybody know why I've got this message? picture attached.

after restart CUCM is working fine, but i've got this error i think 6 times within a year.

Tibor,

I suggest to open a TAC case for this issue.

I've already seen this kind of error message which was mostly pointing to a Hardware issue on the server.

Hello Tibor,

                I few questions before i suggest anything here.

1. if you say that this happens 6 times during a year, this definately seem to be induced by a hadware error.

2. Do you get any warning before the server crashes, what does the led status of the hard-drives show, this can be an issue with the servers motherboard or the HDD.

3. Could you please update with the complete version of the cucm as this also may be a bug which we can try to scourge if we have the complete cucm version.

Overall this does seem like a hardware issue, please ensure that you deal with this situation asap as its a dangerous situation to be in.
