Hi
I have CUCM 7.1.5.32900-2.
Dependency records return 0 value regardless.
Dependency records is enabled in enterprise parameter.
Any idea?

Hi Fei,
There is no service for dependency records. You can either enable or disable it via enterprise parameters (as you are already aware). However, there are several defects with respect to dependency records. Here is one of them which is an important one to keep in mind:

Try restarting the tomcat service on the servers in the cluster and see if it helps.

You need to activate the dependency record service. Go to Serviceavailability and look for Service activation.

I dont see "dependency record service" in serviceability page at all through all Pub to Subs, are you referring something else?
