Hi all,
I have setup QRT on CUCM version 7.1.5.33900-10, I get QRT reports in Cisco Extended Function Report/xml/qrtXXXXXX.xml files, but the fields, I am most interested in, i.e.: Source Stream 1 Port number, Source Codec,Source Packets,Source Rcvr Packets,Source Rcvr Jitter,Source Rcvr Packet Lost etc. are empty.
I have tested "Debug trace Level" Significant and Detailed in the Trace Configuration, CM Services, Cisco Extended Functions (Active), I have not found any difference. All "Enable" boxes are ticked.
Is there any other QRT setting influencing content of the above mentioned fields?
