Hi,
We have configured OCS server and now we need to start configuration is cisco call manager. We have configured a SIP trunk. However we are not able to make any calls internally or externally from OCS.
Can anyone help us out with this. Is there any configuration document available.

Hey Bill,
Thanks for the info. With the documents below i was able to solve major problems. However i am using same extensions for OCS as IP phones.
Currently i am facing below issues,
1. Not able to reach MOC extension from external world.
2.can we make Cisco IP phone and OCS communicator ring simulataneously
3. When i call from cisco phone or vice versa i do see extensions but not names.

Manish
