CUCM 8.5.1 with vmware ESXi 5 on UCS C250 M2 support?

Hi all.

My name is Jcob Shin.

I`m Korean.

So I can`t speak English.

But I have question and I want to know this information.

Now my customer use the CUCM 8.5.1 with vmware ESXi5 on UCS C250 M2.

Unfortunately it was happen problem. T.T

Problem is Vmware host error.

Error message is I/O latency timeout.

But I have doubts C250 M2.

Because I tried to search the CUCM 8.5.1 with C250 support text but I could not it.

Maybe if you know it then reply to me.

Thanks Java.

Check thet LRO is disabled in VMWare, if I don't remember wrong these are some or the errors you can get if you don't disable LRO.

Even though the C250 M2 isn't "Tested Reference Configurations" it should be OK for "Specs-Based VMware Hardware Support"

Yes. UCS C250 M2 is not TRC.

It`s specs-based server.

I could not found compatibility of CUCM 8.5.1 with C250 M2.

But CUCM 8.5.1 with VMware ESXi 5 compatibility found.

Now It opened case.

If it will clear then I will reply that.
