Hello,
we have a CUCM 8.6.2.20000-2, and we have configured a SIP Trunk with a Cisco Router, which is connected to a PBX by an E1.
We have this issue: if we make a call from a first Cisco IP Phone to a PBX phone, and this PBX phone has a "forward all" towards a second Cisco IP Phone, the call fails (we receive a fast busy on the first Cisco IP Phone).
Instead, direct calls work fine.
What's wrong?
TIA and regards.

Can you make call from PBX to CUCM?
Is there any steering code for sending call from PBX to CUCM?
You can turn on the "debug ccsip message" you can find if the forwarded call goes back to CUCM and what caused the call stopped.

Hello,
I have solved the issue.
The problem was that actually I have 2 SIP trunks between CUCM and VG, one with QSIG and another without it.
The call went out by CUCM by the QSIG trunk and re-entered by the non-QSIG trunk; hence the call fails.
So, I have corrected the dial peers on VG and now the forward works.
Regards.
