I wanna configure the below features, but i am not sure how it can be configured, I have checked the featuer guide but i didnt found:
Night service
call blocking
call security ---- when 2 users they speak to each other their conversation should not be barge.i think we need the security tokens (licenses shld be purchased) for the secure calls

Night service, that's CME, you can try ToD on CUCM
Call blocking, internally, CSS and partitions, external calls, the topic has been discussed hundred and hundreds of time on CSC, search and you'll get all the info.
Call security, barge only works between shared lines, and you can disable this.

Hello
+5 for MR/Jamie for his great explaination. KKindly find the below FYI
1- CUCM TOD "time of day" . CUCM is time of day call routing, with this useful feature we can control the call where to be sent based on time of the day and day of the week/month for example we can specify holidays and weekends as well to handel the call flow differently during these days/times. Kindly find the below link
https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/32171/cucm-night-service-design-using-time-day-call-routing
2-Call blocking : Yu can block incoming and outgoing calls , based on your requirements.
For incoming calls ,check the below link
https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/15266/how-block-incoming-calls-cisco-callmanager-and-cisco-ios-voice-gateways-based-ani-and
For outgoing calls , under RP ot translation pattern you can set route option to "block this patter" or you can block calls for some user , and this can be accomplished using PT&CSS or FAC. Find the below example
http://routeswitchblog.com/2013/11/06/blocking-calls-by-caller-id-in-cucm/
3-Barge:Barge – is enabled on shared lines across two phones . and is in connected state. To disable
1-On phone configuration page:- you can disable Built-in-Bridge (Barge) and Privacy. Default value is “Default” which means use Service parameter values or you can set it to off.
2-You can leave barge under phone configuration to default and make sure from CUCM-service parameters- that barge is off "the default is off".
Thanks
