Hi There
I have 4 sites with CUCM 8.6 and I have just been informed that the CDR is not splitting the record when a call is forwarded or transferred. Please assist me to enable this?

There is no setting to enable/disable this, you can try disabling CDR and enabling it again and see if that makes a difference.

Thanks for the reply.
Just to clarify, when I dial from outside to number on my PBX, it then gets answered, that person transfers me to a different number. But the CDR record just shows the whole duration to the first number. Can CUCM not split this record?
