Hi,
Do you need to configure the 'Personal Fast Dial' service in CUCM or is it automatic?
When my users log in to Personal Directory and press the Personal Fast Dial button nothing happens.

It was a phone firmware issue, the handsets had old firmware from Call Manager 4.1(3).
