Worked with Seifeddin on this issue.   He is running into the following software defect:

CSCtn29923 - CUCM 8.5 IP Address Change Procedure Fails resulting in outage

This issue is addressed by 8.5(1)Su2, or a workaround can be easily provided by TAC.

Well, I had similar problem a few days ago.

Here is how I fixed mine.

-Changed back to old IP and make sure all running.

To change new IP

-Under system->server, change that to NEW ip

-Under System->Cisco Unified CM, change approriate name. eg. CM_10.10.10.1

-Under OS administration setting->IP->Ethernet and change NEW ip/mask/gateway

syetem will auto reboot after that

*I did also changed the enterprise parameters url (I don't think that doesn't matter)

Hope this help.

Tun

Thanks Tun , i actually did the same and i even revert it back to the old ip address but still i have the same issue :( it looks like a bulg or something like that :(

For me I was a bit lucky. CM is not in production. So tried a few time (same steps though) and I thought works on fourth!

Hello,

is it any way how could I fix it myself  without contacting TAC? Thanks.

You could go back to using the original IP address.
