We are deploying CUCM (forced to) in order to transition over our current Movi/Jabber users (no IM, no phone). We have no VoIP or any other Cisco solution except for Video, neither do we envisage one. Is there a video specific CUCM training? Or are we forced to go through the IP Telephony-centric one-size-fits-all training offered?
Thanks.

Yeah, your deployment is sort of niche so 'real' training would cover a lot of stuff you don't need to know.
It may be better to get a consultant in to go through the 'need to know' stuff specific to your deployment.

This might be of interest to you, VCS to CUCM Migration Overview. I'm in the same situation as you, VCS centric environment with no intention (at the moment) to do VOIP, migrating to CUCM is purely for video only. Talk to you Cisco Account Manager or Sale Engineers, see what they can do for you regarding some type of training.
