CUCM Application Password Credentials

Hi,

I have a customer who has asked if there is any way to enforce a CUCM application password policy in the after a certain number of failed login attempts, i.e., after 5 failed attmpts the user would be locked out from further attempts. I could not answer as I cannot find anything that will give them this. Any ideas?

Hello John,

you can use the credential policies at CUCM to achieve this (User Management -> User Settings -> Credential Policy).
