Backups are running continuously. If I cancel the backup in progress, the backup will restart.
If I attempt to access the scheduler I get the following message
"Backup operation currently in progress.... please wait and try after sometime
If I attempt to access the manual backup, I get the same message.
Not sure why the backup is continuously running or how to stop it.

I'd try restating the DRF services in first place, and see the behavior after that.

I had the same problem with 11.5.1.12900-21, and restarting the services fixed it.
Any idea why this happens?
