CUCM-BE upgrade to 8.6

Dear all,

am having CUCM7-BE and MCS7828H3-K9-BE7 which i`d like to upgrade to 8.6 to enable features like busy trigger on 6921 phones and others.

so, can someone guide me to the process of upgrading like software to download, saving configuration, is licenses will be effect, and other info pleases.
