CUCM CFB not registered

in cucm 11.5 SU9 cfb softwer not registerd .

I did these things and did not resolve the issue:

-change device pool and reset to cfb.

-reset service ipvms.

-reset cfb from cucm .

What are the other troubleshooting options

There is an advanced Service Parameter on IPVMSA that controls whether each function (eg CFB, MTP, ANN, IVR) actually registers/functions. Very unlikely that has been toggled off, but it’s the only idea I have short of looking at the logs.

Thanks . I tested it and it is enabled. Turns out I have another problem at all.
