CUCM/CUPS/CUC VM Hardware Compatibility Level

After upgrading CUCM/CUPS/CUC from v11.5 to v14, the upgrade documentation mentions changing the VM hardware compatibility level. We are running our appliances on VMWare and they are currently operating at hardware version 10. The readme document states to upgrade them to hardware version 13:

However, the most current hardware version is 19. Does anyone know if it will cause any issues to upgrade them to hardware version 19 instead?

You can go with the latest you have. We have many UC VMs on v19 of the HW compatibility level.
