Hi, I have written several discussions about the problem of database replication, but now i find error in Tomcat security and start new topic.
We have
Cisco Unified CM System version: 9.1.2.11900-12 (Pub and Sub)
and Cisco Presence
For axl service on CUCM used application user "axluser"
Now we lost connection between CUCM and Presence
Ok, i try to login on CUCM PUB with "axluser" login password and see error "Log on failed - Invalid User ID or Password"
Login in CUCM Sub is fine.
Next on CUCM Pub Tomcat security log showing error:

This situation only on Pub, everything except this works fine.
I cannot delete or modification "axluser" (Error: [2654] IMS_808)
Plz help, i dont have a choice to call TAC
