I am having an issue using the Scheduled Backup for CUCM. When performed manually, the backup will back up both UCM and CDR_CAR. However, when scheduled the backup will show an ERROR result; CDR_CAR is in Features Backed Up but UCM is in Failed Features. Checking the SFTP path verifies this is in fact the case.
I am using OpenSSH on the clientside, running on a Windows box. From reading through many other posts here I understand the issue tends to lie on the client SSH side, but have tried a few different solutions and always wind up with manual backups working fine and scheduled ones (using the same credentials and all) failing or erroring like this. Any ideas?
