Hello Experts,
Would like to ask your expertise on CUCM Telco SIP integration (w/o CUBE). Currently we are experiencing issue on incoming calls which is working previously. Upon comparing SIP debug of the working and not-working I noticed the change on the current SIP invite.
Working
INVITE sip:5540@<Call Manger IP> SIP/2.0
Not Working
INVITE sip:5540@<Public IP>:5060 SIP/2.0
As can you see the domain part of the invite changes that result the CUCM to send SIP 404 not found error. My question is there a way that the CUCM would accept the SIP Invite.
Also I believe the client recently change their Public IP. What specific configuration on the firewall (Fortigate) can I tell the client to check.
