CUCM license issue

HELLO

I have buy the license for CUCM, but I recent want to add more user license , I don't know how to do.

is't buy a new license or upgrade the license?

HEllo Dear,

you have to go to cisco site and order these license for end devices if using the cucm 7.x version .

For cucm 8.x version, u have to use the different pattern for end user license.

IN CUCM 7.x version, u cna get license with ip phones or without ip phones.

you can purchase license bundle from cisco ordering guide easily.

it comes in different bundle packs....that as per your requirements:

what you want as per your requirements you can get the exact bundle for your setup.
