hello,
i am receiving a hardware failure on one of the CUCM clusters.
event generated: hwStringMatch - hpasmxld[4060]: WARNING: System Power Supply: General Failure (Power Supply 2) hwStringMatch - hpasmxld[4060]: WARNING: System Power Supplies Not Redundant
the error fired several times, i check the enviroment power-supply it gives
ID Status
1 Ok
2 Ok
the power is consistent/continuous and there is no power disruption not even intermitently.
so could it be a problem with the power supply iself? and how can i proove it?
regards,

Swapping the power supplies will give an understanding on which module the issue is following.
But it is always better to open an TAC case and then work with TAC in fixing the issue.
