Hi Guys

Simple Question, 

when someone is setting the call forwarding settings in the sefl care portal - the options in the drop down list are "voicemail" and "add a  new number..."

is there any way so that the users can select a name, rather than a mobile number in this drop down list.

cucm version 11.5.1

Basically, the users dont want to have to remember mobile numbers, but instead want to select names in the drop down menu.

No but users should be leveraging Mobile Connect (aka Single Number Reach) with their cell phones, not Call forward All.
