CUCM SIP Incoming call Issues

Hi,

Please if somebody can help!

I am facing issues on incoming calls coming from SME over SIP trunk to CUCM. Call is received at Called Party phone, phone rings but as I answer the phone another call is initiated from the Called Party side. On the calling party side ring keeps going and on the called party side two calls from same number.

 

Cannot understand this....please help!

Hi,

We are encountering the same issue.

Already opened a ticket to Cisco TAC but they said that it is an issue with the provider.

"Transfer Capability = Unrestricted Digital in the ISDN setup is causing the problem.

It disables normal codecs on vgw level and because of that the call is failing with codec mismatch.

They could not find a method to disable this on the vgw.

I curently asking the provider from their side. Hope it will work.

I will inform you on the results.
