Hi ,
In our scenario some of the users moved from Cisco to Lync Endpoints for the POC & at the same they will get a call from Existing directoty Number in Cisco as well.
I have tested with configure the "SIP URI" in Remote Destination & configure the Domain Routing in SIP Pattern.When dial number we are getting busy tone only.
While we check the CUCM Trace & RDP setup request is disconnect with cause code 27. Refer the attachement for the logs. When we the test RDP with some PSTN number it's working fine without any issue. Also verified the CSS in RDP it's having access to route the SIP URI.

Looks like the problem there is that SRN is not enabled:
SNRD::wait_CcSetupReq (0000080) SNR not enabled

Hi Joseph,
Has there any specific way to enable the SNR ? . When we tested with Mobile Number it's working without any issue.
We enabled the Mobility in End User , fine tune the Delay Answer ring soon timer.
