Hi Expert,
One of our customer rewuirement is to block transfer to external calls and make it internall only. The only idea that came out of my mind is to play with the call search space but this way will prevent the user from calling external calls though.
Is there a way to block external calls transfers while preserve user privilage to has access to call external calls.
Please need your advise.
Thanks

That might not work, maybe by use of some logical partitioning but its still messy. You could restrict each line to only handle one call then they wouldnt be able to transfer calls externally - it would also make it so you couldnt transfer internally either. Good luck my friend!

Above is assuming the call comes in from a trunk/GW which can be selected as offnet, if you're talking about an IP phone to IP phone call, there's no way to do it.

Thanks for reply but this is for restriction of calls offnet to offnet which already customer applying. what he is looking for is that internal users cannot even transfer internal call to external number (Local,Mobile....etc), Below is the scenario required:
Phone A Calls Phone B , Phone A tries to Transfer the call to a mobile number, Thus call is not allowed. But if Phone A tries to call direct to mobile number is can with no issues.
Any advise ??
Thanks

Hi,
I have another query, Is there a way to block offnet to offnet calls from unity connection prospective as it is found in call manager.
Scenario:
PSTN---> Voice GW--->AA--->user enter external call (mobile)---->VGW (again).
Is there a way to prevent this technique from occur?
Please advise.

Is this SIP or SCCP??
EDIT: I was actually thinking about something else, that shouldn't make a difference.
Just configure the restriction tables and/or the CSS from the integration to not reach your route patterns.
