CUCM Upgrading Locales

Hi all

We currently need to install a new locale on to our CUCM cluster 6.1(5) - All Cisco documentation points to us needing to reboot the cluster. Does anyone know if there is a way around this? A cluster reboot seems extreme for updating a locale, can we get away with rebooting TFTP servers?

Any insight on this is appreciated

You can probably just restart Tomcat and TFTP but if you see anything weird,
you'll need to reboot.

Ok thanks, is that Tomcat on all servers or just the publisher?
