CUCM user filter list

Hello,

In Cisco CUCM we can create phone filter list by user?

For example: user 1 want accept calls only from number 1111 and 2222, all over calls transer to him assisstant. This accept list individual for each user.

Maybe recommend third party service for this?

No, there is no way to do anything using users as the "filter", call privileges in CUCM are based on CSS and partitions, you'd need to play around with those in order to do any of what you're asking.
