A new cluster member reports that it can not communicate with the primary, though the security password and network information is correct. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I have had this happen before! Did you change the Server name in the CUCM admin of the publish. perhaps from Hostname to IP? Also any firewalls in between? lastly are any other subs working or is this the first one?
