I have a CUCM 8.0 integrated with MS Exchange 2010 (SIP trunk). Everything works correctly.
Problem:
A caller is forwarded to auto attendant. Any noise on the caller side Exchange UM determine as a command in auto attendant menus.
Is it possible to decrease the sensitivity level in codec (G711ulaw), in CUCM or it is general Exchange UM problem ?
