Login to CUCM publisher
Go to Bulk Administration ---- Upload Download files
Search for file name containing “bat”
Download BAT.xlt file
Open that file and then go to “Update User Sheet”
Go to right side in sheet and change “Number of Controlled Profile to 1”
That will add one more column in file…
Now you can add User ID and respective profile which you want to associate.
Export that file and save to your system
Again Login to CUCM publisher
Go to Bulk Administration ---- Upload Download files
Select add new
Select the file which you generated from BAT file.
Target: Users
Transaction: Update user custom file
Now go to Bulk Administration ---- Users ---- User Template
Create a user Template which you which you can use to update users
Now go to Bulk Administration ---- Users ---- Update Users ---- Custom File
Select file which you have uploaded with the template which you created and select run immediate.
Now go to Bulk Administration ---- Job Scheduler and check if that Job is completed without error.
Post that navigate to user and verify profile is added or not.
