CUCM with Multiple Cluster under one Corporate Directory

Hello,

Good Day. Can CUCM support a Unified Corporate Directory for Different CUCM Cluster. Below is the sample scenario.

CUCM Cluster A is integrated with LDAP Direcotry while

CUCM Cluser B is not integrated with LDAP Directory.

Cluster A users can search the Corporate Directory containing also the Cluster A user.

Cluster B users can search the Corporate Directory containing also the Cluster B user.

Now, we want for Cluster A users to also access the Corporate Directory of CUCM Cluster B and also vice versa.

Is this setup feasible.

Current CUCM Version is 11.0

Hi,

Not possible with any existing feature within CUCM, Now you might be able to make it work but it would not be TAC supported either. CUCM supports for Corporate Directory is just within the cluster, you can also implement a 3rd party XML directory to achieve the same but it would not be supported through TAC.

You need to have AD LDS to be deployed. See this document below.
