Hello,
I'm making an integration between CUCM and Verint recorder and I'm having some issues regarding this.
Configured application user with the device controlled
Configured SIP Trunk, with Security Profile using UDP as outgoing
Configured Recording Profile with destination *1111
Confiured Route Pattern *1111 that sends to the trunk
Enabled Built In Bridge, disabled Privacy
Enabled automatic call recording with that recording profile.
When I make a call it's not recorded. Verint can monitor the events but not the audio
Capturing the packets on the recorder I can't see any phone packets, only CUCM packets.
Capturing the phone packets I can't see packets to the recorder, just to the CUCM.
On the recorder, I can find some UDP packets from recorder to CUCM telling Destination Unreachable (Port Unreachable).
Do you have any idea, some configuration to check?
Attached you can find the Wireshark capture.
172.17.2.22 is the recorder and 172.17.14.13 the CUCM Subscriber

Hi,
You are configuring Spannless recording, what is your CCM version, what is your phone model ? is your phone controlled by JTAPI ?
did you put the phone and SIP trunk in the same region ?

Are you sure Verint is expecting UDP? Most times they expect TCP. It almost looks like the Verient application isn't listening for the invites on UDP 5060. Try running "netstat -a" on the Verint server.
